General Information

  • Solar Service: Turning solar on or off is billed at $125 for each service.

  • All pools are subject to “Spring conditioning” which is billed at $100 (this is chemical replacement due to rain over winter months).

  • Service calls start at $130 plus parts and additional labor

  • Filter cleanings are required a minimum of twice per year to maintain the health of your pool

    • Filter cleanings are $ 130 each time

    • If your pool is full of debris, dirt/mud or has gone green, we will recommend new filter cartridges to avoid poor water quality

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the correct level of water and cleaning baskets/cleaner bags between services to maintain proper circulation and prevent equipment failure.

  • Pools with leaks will incur additional chemical charges each service visit Leaks can damage the structure of your pool and eventually damage the ground surrounding it. We are happy to provide you with the name of a leak detection company if requested.

  • Pool equipment purchased by our customers through Amazon, Walmart, etc. are not covered by our warranty and will not be installed by All Valley Pools. If a product fails, you will want to contact the seller to determine warranty coverage.

  • We reserve the right to call off service due to severe weather for the safety of our team. This includes heavy rain, thunder and/or lightning, hail or snow storms, heavy smoke from fires and excessive wind.

  • All Valley Pools is not responsible for:

    • Cleaning/removal of excess oil or mineral deposits

    • Removal of excess debris or damage done due to vandalism

    • Pets - we love all our furry friends! But sometimes they don’t like having us in their space. If that’s the case, or if you’re concerned about your furry buddy running away, we ask that pets be kept indoors while we are servicing your pool.

  • Maintenance Consent allows our clients to pre-authorize a set dollar amount for minor repairs, parts or special maintenance to avoid having to play tag for simple jobs. If a job ends up being more than the amount set, your technician will reach out to you for approval. Maintenance consent can be changed or cancelled at any time by contacting our office. Please let your technician know if you’d like to use this service.

  • We often take photos of our work for our website and reference. We do not include addresses or people to maintain your privacy. If you prefer we do not post photos of your pool on our website, please let your technician know.

  • Non-payment:

    • Late fees of $35/month will be assessed for overdue accounts

    • Services will be suspended for pools more than 2 months behind and until overdue accounts are paid in full.

    • If you are unable to keep your account current, please contact our office to discuss temporary payment options
