Getting Down to Business

Find a reliable dealer by first consulting the National Spa & Pool Institute (NSPI) member directory. Check the dealer’s background and references. Is the company a member in good standing of other business organizations besides NSPI? Also, find out if the dealer handles service and sales.

Check several sources of financing to make sure you’re getting the best deal. Review all your contracts carefully. Make sure you understand exactly what is included in the purchase price and get the specifics on delivery and installation.

Get everything in writing and read all contracts carefully before signing anything.
